All your information goes from your bank to any body that wants to see it. When you are working on your credit and you just can not get your scores up, and you try and try and for some reason you just can not seem to get your score to go up. Well here is the reason. When you bounce a check, or even bounce one and go pick it up your bank will list it with check systems. To get your scores up, you will have to get a copy of your check systems report and make sure what they are saying is accurate. Then demand to have removed what is not accurate. The percent of what is accurate is about 1%. Your information is also sold from one collection agency to another. I always wonder where they get Bank and Trust.
